The linked article is a bit confusing, but the bottom line is that the surveillance state grows its abilities and uses the resulting broad lists of 'suspects' without oversight or limitation.
A large company I toiled for has also hooked up with Palantir, the better to know everything about every customer (and probably about employees too).
I'll just hide behind those hanging, idling chainsaws.
If 'Numb3rs' were still on CBS, I wonder what they would say.
Predictive red flag laws, however, are still perfectly peachy.
