What's to Hear?

Supreme Court agrees to hear Trump’s plan to remove non-citizens from census [More]

Don't worry. Joe will make it moot.

Good thing this has nothing to do with that "single issue"!

UPDATE:
The sweeping language chosen by the Framers requires that the “whole immigrant population should be numbered with the people and counted as part of them,” as John Bingham argued during the debates over the Fourteenth Amendment.
You guys at Slate wouldn't happen to have any cites that actually quote the Framers, would you?

Mass immigration, legal and illegal, is going to be the end of the 2nd Amendment but you still can't get most gun owners to admit this for fear of being called the "R" word. Give our opponents this much, they can be clever when it comes to manipulating us.

Funny -- John Bingham also said that the purpose of the 14th Amendment was to make the entire Bill of Rights binding on the states, but that was cut off at the knees and then danced around interminably. The Second Amendment wasn't binding until 150+ years later (and it took a SCOTUS case), and other parts of the BOR still aren't completely incorporated. So we'll give your Bingham quote as much authority as you gave ours -- namely, none.
