Starting about the twenty minute mark, Vince is talking about some FFL's that got wise to the illegal sales.. and bringht that to BATF. They wer told to let them go, we've got this, no problem". And sot said FINE and did. I remember reading abot one family in New Mexico, Reece or Reese? of four parents and two adult sos, who refused to make some sales they'd been told were "OK. ATF came in, started gold digging in their records and Bound Books, found or imagined some "issues" with ther papwwork, eventually took their FFL, seized their inveintlry charged them with multiple falke "crimes". I folowed their "trial" for a long time, but never did hear how it al neded up. Lst I knew they'd lost their FFL, business, property, home, saveing, and were facing jail time.. all for refusing to deny obvious attampted sales that were NOT in compliaince with the rules.. they were being the Good Guys, doingATF's job of trying to keep guns outo fth ehands of bad guys. It cost them everything.
