While everyone, Tucker Carlson included, is preoccupied with this, they're completely ignoring the greater and existential danger.
Not that Mike Lee has to worry...
The one thing adventures in Covid has shown us is that many of these tech jobs can be done remotely. There is no need to bring many of them here. Would it not be more economical and humane to pay higher wages to teleworkers residing in India, which would create a rising tide lifts all boats scenario as their prosperity boosts their local economies?
Then again, there's that real reasons/greater danger thang...
