Not to defend randy Andy, but what stopped her from putting an immediate stop to it? Cowardice and/or ambition? Either way, that shows she's wholly unqualified to be trusted with political power.
That and she's a neo-communist "progressive" idiot...
What I like is all the Democrats on Twitter not falling in lockstep with #BelieveWomen and challenging her because it threatens their guy.
