 The ATF obtained the information about the customers from two sources that the agency subpoenaed.  Stamps.com turned over the shipping information of Polymer80 customers to the ATF when the agency served them the subpoena. The report brings a lot of information to light that no one else is reporting on and is invaluable for helping understand how the nets are being cast. That said, when presented with a subpoena, what should they have done?

Polimer80 And ALL firearms and accessory companies should do cash business (money orders) and shred customer records 30 minutes after shipping.
