Which brings up an interesting tangential issue: if you wanted to leave America (in a deliberate, organized fashion) for "somewhere freer," what's left? Snowden ran out of options and ended up in Russia, no thanks. New Zealand dropped its libertarian mask two years ago, Australia a decade ago. The only suggestion I've heard made that isn't an immediate "hell no" is Argentina, and the ratio in South America is not comforting.
