Unless they packed it inside "health issues" or "criminality", the #1 reason most can't serve is prior drug use. A least according to any 20 recruiters.

A lot of this is because medical progress defies Darwin. People are still alive despite conditions that would have killed them in past decades, but it's not enough to make them "healthy" or fit. Hence all the autism, gluten/grain/dairy sensitivities, bubble syndrome, psych disorders, etc. at levels we never experienced in previous generations.
