Anybody see this as definitive proof that that "lawful requirements" weren't met before the transfer was completed? Or that a man being slandered is a "white supremacist"? [Watch]
There's something wrong with this chick aside from the joy she evidently takes when she thinks she can hurt a political enemy in meat space. Her voice is irritating, her delivery is just plain creepy, and I haven't seen eyes like that since Marshall cut his nuts off, loaded up on quarters, put on his Nikes, and gulped down his share of the Comet-Aid.

Turns out the "law" in question is not a gun law, but accepting a gift over $50.
And boom, goes the hammer in the comments:

Well then you should probably know that she didn't accept it.

@Overton Windex Not that I don't believe you but how do you know that?

@Mediocrity's Maze because I did the stipple job on that grip.
It is illegal to gift a gun in the first place without a background check.
She knew she couldn't accept it as a gift, she had the option to buy it, and go through the background check.
She did not, so they stippled and printed a blue gun (replica training aid gun) and included that with the case.
The fact she doesn't currently have the real gun is included in any real news story about the event as well.
