I have to assume this poster is familially related to Cameron Kasky, another Parkland gun-grabber activist. (People magazine notes, "Kasky has committed himself to advancing legislative changes that will make it more difficult for people to get guns," so the term is eminently appropriate.) Ironically, Cameron is the fellow who in the article you linked to broke ranks with Hogg and called him a grifter.
