Dial 911 and Die

Council to hold hearing after baby dies, Cleveland ambulance sent to wrong address [More]

Tragically inexcusable.

At least the call wasn't for "Only Ones."

"The family called from E. 102nd Street and Kempton Avenue. But, records show a dispatcher sent an ambulance to E. 102nd Street and Kinsman Avenue, about 5 miles away... His grandmother is desperate for answers... “That’s the question. Why? Why so long? Why this miscommunication?”

When callers express themselves in mushy, indecipherable, ethnic English, this kind of thing is going to happen. Ironically, witness this news organization itself miscaptioning "No, I don't hear anything" as "No, I don't see anything."

And when "diversity" requirements put these same folks on the receiving end of the calls, Katie bar the door for you and yours.
