Discus Jockeys

As fostering Hate is a violation of the Disqus Terms of Service and Basic Rules, we can no longer support your site on the Disqus network. [More]

That is libelous.

Sue on those grounds.

HAY, I need FrontPageMag.com for the truth not revealed elsewhere.

This affects readers, too.

Perhaps a Class Action lawsuit?

And Disqus based their action on the "Hate Watch" and "Hate Map" lists maintained by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC, also known as the Southern Preposterous Lie Center)?

IANAL, but corporate due diligence would find that SPLC's lists have been so thoroughly and publicly de-bunked and proven to be naked partisanship, that basing any corporate statements or actions solely on SPLC's "evidence" (which is often no more than, "We disagree with you, ergo you're a hater!") probably is libelous and slanderous.

Disqus should have known, so they are -- or should be -- liable.

Questionable. If you try to sue Disqus, they're just going to pass the buck to their "vetting service," which happens to be the SPLC. If you try to sue SPLC, prepare to deal with a legal mudslide funded comfortably from their Cayman Islands accounts.
