What a delightful find!
Can't say it enough: 10USC245 defines the US militia as all able bodied male citizens between the ages of 17 and 45. That's not when you are eligible to join, that's when you are in fact a member.
What do your local schools do to make their male students fit for the rights and responsibilities militia membership entails, by the time they are high school juniors?
If the answer is "nothing", the schools are sabotaging your children, teaching them to be slaves. Shut them down.
