"...citing intelligence that there are “imminent” efforts from outside groups to “engage and advance gun violence” this weekend". I don't think they need to be concerned about "outside groups." Portland's Antifa and BLM are doing a bang-up job themselves, and with the judiciary's catch-and-release policy, the violence will simply go on and on. What a $hithole!
