I'm so sick of this excuse.
"It doesn't matter if I lied or cheated, because I would have won anyway."
"It doesn't matter if the election was crooked, it wasn't crooked enough to affect the results."
"It doesn't matter if I burned your store, the insurance paid you back."

Soon it will be our turn to explain, "It doesn't matter that I shot you, everybody dies eventually."
