That shouldn't be hard to verify, not that the DSM with the resources has any interest in altering the narrative. Who would be the friendliest congressperson to ask and who has a way to actually contact them? How else could this be determined? A FOIA request with the Architect of the Capitol? Finding a vendor supplier/servicing contract?
