Back Door Man

Black Army Veteran Faces Murder Charges After Shooting, Killing White Intruder at His Oklahoma Business [More]

All the fallout from the "business license expired" excuses sound like total BS, but before I throw full support behind the guy, I would like to clarify a couple things: Was the ostensible intruder trying to forcibly break in, or did he just test the handle? Did the store owner pull a Biden and shoot through the door?

That and how did he get around the fed ban on dope and guns?

And in terms of role reversal as the family maintains, I'm not sure the store would still be standing.

Perhaps this account may help clarify things. You can read the article and see what I see.

The "fed ban on dope and guns" applies to users, but I don't think it says anything about growers. And his "cultivating" felony charge was subsequent to the shooting, not prior. And the business license stuff is CYA BS by the county..
