The reference to a Swiss Army knife was clearly intended to analogize this notably versatile knife, with its many uses to cover a broad array of potential needs, the gun in question is similarly versatile. [More]
But that won't stop the gun-grabbers and their DSM publicists from ginning up outrage and ridicule.

"ginning up outrage and ridicule"
Not all that difficult a task when you're dealing with the perpetually outraged.
As Limbaugh once asked, why are the Left so unhappy when they're clearly winning?
You know David, it seems to have occurred to no one - including you - that Angus MacGyver always carried a Swiss Army Knife (SAK) because he appreciated its versatility.
See here:

Probably because I have never seen an episode, it's running coinciding with my focus on increased career responsibilities, getting married, and starting a family, and also because MacGyver dissed guns and Richard Dean Anderson is a big gungrabber. https://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/no-guns-but-a-lot-of-fun-richard-dean-anderson-on-macgyver-20150918-gjpyf2.html I didn't even know the character's name was Angus until I saw your post.
Well, what you write is true and accurate as always.
I watched with my Mom, being her caregiver.
Some of those classic original episodes were quite clever.
It was from this series I fell in love with the SAK. You may use it for so many things.
A tactical rifle can also be used for many things.
It is good to have both.
All those libs who got their panties in a twist over that analogy... if they ever saw an actual Swiss Army GUN, and learned that every Swiss veteran kept his after separation, they'd need to change their underwear AND their office chair..
