The real trolling is on the productive sector. Still, as long as there's money to burn I don't suppose even one "pro-gun" Republican governor has spent a dime on what the Founders knew to be "necessary to the security of a free State"...?

Abbott's plan will be tied up in the courts beyond his departure from office. Feds will not likely let lands they've taken be transferred to the state and borderland dolts are being wound up to oppose efforts on, among other things, claims of environmental racism.
But for the moment, Abbott has tweaked Feds' noses, and that is cause for a brief toast.
