Action Alert! RKBA Bill Still Waiting - House Bill 2840 STILL Awaiting Senate Action! The legislature has finally sent a budget to the governor but HB 2840 is still awaiting action by the Senate. HB 2840 would remove the requirement that a firearm must be unloaded when secured in a vehicle on school grounds. It would ensure that parents are able to pick-up and drop-off their children without having to stop and unload their firearms before driving onto school grounds, or deviating from their route to park off-campus.
