Mayor Lightfoot is:
1. African American
2. Female
3. Gay
4. Incompetent
There is nothing she can do to change #1, #2, or #3, nor, in my opinion, should she be asked to do so.
But for her to invoke #1, #2, and #3 to deflect criticism of #4 just doesn't cut it.
As my departed grandad would say, "Its time to fish or cut bait, Mayor Lightfoot!"
