If so, how is this not a deliberate (and fascist in the real sense of the term) criminal First Amendment-suppression conspiracy and RICO violation, with probable FEC violations?

Not to say that "Dr. Shiva" may not have an actual acorn here, but I would carefully vet any claims he makes. Shiva is (in)famous for his perennial claim to have been the "inventor of email" in 1978, a claim that headlines his homepage. As a person who was daily using email in 1969, and who helped code some of the ARPAnet email protocols in 1972, this triggered my BS meter hard. What he actually is the designer, coder, and copyright holder of a particular assemblage of code whose name is "EMAIL".
