And Baker didn't tell him to go **** himself and then report him instead?
No job is worth your dignity. Speak your mind when appropriate. Never brown-nose. Refuse to be pressured into doing anything you know is wrong. Tolerate no bullying. The worst they can do to you is fire you. On a scale of 1 to 10, compared to a real-life challenge, that barely registers.
Your soul comes first.
I'm just not getting why so many people are evidently incapable of making doing the right thing their default position.
