Lon Horiuchi is still wasting oxygen.
An 'internal probe' is not a finding at law.
The shooter may find himself held to a higher standard when he least expects it.
Time for him to do a Horiuchi and just disappear.
It's almost 30 years on, and Lon Horiuchi has never paid for his crime. So I am not optimistic that Byrd will.
