I was also thinking about a Sixth Amendment Sanctuary movement in response to all our fellow citizens being denied a speedy and public trial while they're being held in federal concentration lockups on "insurrection" myths, and then thought, hell, the whole reason so many of us do what we do is because we want to live in whole Bill of Rights sanctuaries with teeth.
You know, like what the entire Republic was supposed to be before the people would agree to the Constitution...

Why not a simple declaration that the Bill of Rights is in full force in said county and violation of any article by any actor, public or private, will be met with immediate response by any means necessary.
Or is that a tad too clear and too strong?
Wondering how the city of Lynchburg feels about being surrounded?
I think that perhaps the push back started near the Bundy ranch.

And yes, what is needed is for people to say "No Mas!" and continue restoring ALL of our civil rights until a "Bill of Rights Zone" is once again contiguous with the borders of our Republic.
The Left was outraged when SCOTUS "expanded" RKBA under Heller and McDonald. One could almost hear Captain James T. Kirk saying:
"Who's expandin'? We're restorin'!"
