Does anybody else remember when Rush Limbaugh played leaf blower noise and asked listeners to turn up their radios after a ban in L.A.?
So with all the rolling blackouts, when do they completely eliminate home generators?

Banning and eliminating aren't quite the same thing.
Something politicians of all stripes seem to have a problem with.
Borrowing from the military principle of never giving an order you know will not be obeyed, they should never pass laws they know they will not and/or can not enforce.
