From what I've read on the Patriot Post, and watched on Fox News (naturally) Smith was ambushed by an activists and then setup by the school board who had the Goose steppers waiting. A decent cop would have just said hey buddy come on, but no some Rainbow Mafioso can get in your face and you get arrested.
And the commies on the school board let it happen again, and lied about the sexual assaults.
