I see a lot of conservatives predicting vindication and victory-- if the system were honest I'd agree with them. Let's hope they're right and my they'll-find-some-way-to-f***-him pessimism is unwarranted.

My prediction, if Kyle is acquitted: the Biden administration steps in with Federal civil rights charges. The process is the punishment.
Everybody brings up federal civil rights charges, because they're aware of what happened to Stacey Koon and what was threatened against Derek Chauvin. Whet they forget is that these people were vulnerable to such charges only because they were state agents. The charge was violation of civil rights under color of law. Common citizens, like you, me, or Kyle, have no color of law, and therefore practically no duty to respect the constitutional/civil rights of another person. The feds have no authority.
