Liberal Effort to Get Rittenhouse Judge Removed Has Hilarious Twist to It [More]
I've noticed they're having a collective frothing at the mouth meltdown on the judge over indications they're not getting their way. There's no point in arguing they would be melting down the other way if one of theirs was on trial and the presiding judge didn't enforce the same exclusionary rules -- because they're not interested in rightness or logic-- that's not what lynch mobs want.
Just note there can be no peace with such as these. They will not allow it.
If Kyle is declared not guilty, expect them to further gin up the mob and excuse any resulting mass violence as being justified against systemic racism, saying if he were black, he'd have been convicted.
In other words, they will blame "white supremacy" and stir up more hate-fueled rage among those who don't understand due process and rules of evidence, and how weakening those will work against everyone but those who would rule.

David,
Honestly, I never would have guessed such a snarky post title.
You and I really understand: there is NO appeasement.
This Fox report is the one that dares to discuss his background:

Before becoming a judge, Schroeder served as the Kenosha County District Attorney from 1972-77 and assistant district attorney from 1971-72. He was a private practice attorney from 1977 until his appointment to the bench.
Before the Rittenhouse trial began, the judge ruled that attorneys could not refer to Huber and Rosenbaum as victims. He did rule that defense lawyers could refer to them as looters, arsonists, or rioters. The ruling caused a rift.
"He’s protective of the right to present a defense, the right to confrontation. He’s that way for all defendants, regardless of the case," Kenosha-based defense attorney Michael Cicchini said. "The judge in my opinion is not swayed by or interested in politics," Cicchini said. "He’ll apply the rules even-handedly without any influence from the media."
I'm of the opinion that the proper gambit here would be for some right-wing paramilitary organization to congratulate the governor on his foresight in staging the Guard, and advising him that he is going to need it should the verdict come down any way than not guilty on all counts.
Checkmate.
"If you find yourself through the looking glass, where the verities of the world you knew and loved no longer apply, there is only one thing to do. Knock the Red Queen on her ass, turn around, and smash the bloody mirror." -- Mike Vanderboegh
I hope his parents are prepared for the rioters at their home.
I would ask: When will the Feds step in if he is acquitted and hold him for trial on some trumped up federal charge?
