Yeah, I know it's a game of increments, but wake me when a lawsuit overturns permits to exercise a right, and the bastards requiring them are personally held liable for damages.

Left unsaid is the City of Boston will now take the processing fee and issue the denial or a severely restricted (aka "Hunting & Target Use Only") License to Carry Firearms in a more timely manner.
