Hilarious, isn't it? The 11th Amendment specifically states that ONLY American citizens have standing to sue in an American court. But it's as gone and forgotten as the 1st and 2nd Amendments these days, confabulated out of existence by Marxist activists in the judiciary who peered into the emanations and penumbras and made things up out of whole cloth.
