From what I've heard and read, the shootings are happening at ground level, streets, sidewalks & alleyways. Noting about the dangers at rooftop level.
Another showboating virtue signaler.
Maybe the secret would be to put Lightfoot on a rooftop for 100 days and let someone else do her job.
