As Smith realized, one's results must be measured against one's intent.
The Government has the border under full control. The border is fully open, not by mistake or incompetence. It is fully open because having it fully open facilitates their plan. Their plan is to invite in such a huge wave of future Democratic voters as to ensure a permanent Democratic majority.
