Sore Loser

Looked at another way, the "Not guilty" verdict either means she is an incompetent, agenda-driven prosecutor or else the guy really is not guilty.

Or both.

As the Richmond Times-Dispatch says:

Judge Margaret W. Deglau of Henrico Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court found Pierce not guilty on Monday following a brief trial, in which two Henrico detectives testified, according to Pierce's attorney, Cody Villalon.


"There was just not enough evidence that Mr. Pierce contributed to any crime," Villalon said, adding that his client fully cooperated with detectives. "He didn’t do anything wrong."
