So Russian speaking "separatists" and Russian military "on vacation" (those being the ones in Russian uniforms without insignia) in Eastern Ukraine have been shelling loyalist forces just west of their positions. Now Vlad has decided, in the interest of World Peace and the defense of his fellow Russians who had the misfortune of being on the wrong side of the border when the USSR broke up, to send in other Russian troops, those with insignia still on their uniforms, to stop the shelling.
And the question was raised, "What Would Bernie Do?"
I'm thinking he would hold a series of focus groups, perhaps a few "mostly peaceful" protests, in order to get the Ukrainians to see how totally unfairly they've been treating their Russian minority.
My money's on Bernie taking a second honeymoon to Moscow. Good times!
