The sharks smell blood and their resources are unlimited. Stopping them will take more than assurances that it won't by those who said this wouldn't happen in the first place.

The problem is this was a "settlement"....it dod not go to trial. What happened was the lawyers for the insurance company colluded with the lawyers for the parasitic "plaintiffs" and decided to "settle" the lawsuit without a trial. This tactic allows lawyers in BOTH sides to suck massive amounts of $$$ ou of the "settlement". Which was the goal of the lawyers on BOTH sides. I worked. So expect the shysters to keep using this tactic till it the stops working.
