This sounds like a broken record. I see a lot of stuff designed to disenfranchise and harass the "law-abiding," but don't see a thing that will stop one POS predator from doing whatever he feels like doing whenever and wherever he feels like doing it.
Who thinks the record won't continue to be broken after all this?
