While some are fixated on FedGov's feeble attempt to control/ban "80% complete" firearm frames and receivers, others are anticipating a marketplace pivot to 70% complete version of the same frames and receivers.
I'm willing to bet you'll see 70% items for sale long before the new AFT rule takes effect. And then there's this (which somehow didn't meet AmmoLand's criteria for inclusion in a post.
