So they admit they're knowingly limiting the options of more citizens being able to defend themselves and their homes? How, in addition to being a tyrannical infringement, is this also not a privileges and immunities violation?
More to the point, how is this not aiding and abetting predators, and what kind of evil maniac would demand that?
