So we can count on fairness and balance? Or is this the exception to the ad hominem/logical fallacy rule?
I ask because I keep coming back to "every terrible implement of the soldier" and don't see any delegated authority for government that overrides "shall not be infringed." And as we all know, anyone who can't be trusted with an "auto sear" can't be trusted without a custodian, so once more we seem to be looking at a deliberate wrong focus with the scarcely concealed intent of denying semiautomatics to "We the People"...

Seems like Auto sears are so wide spread that they would qualify for protection under "common use".
