The latest incident started after Pte Patrick Okot Odoch, now on the run, apparently attempted to rape the daughter of another officer, Sgt Onesmus Adule, who reported the matter to the police. Angry that he had been reported, Odoch reacted in the most beastly way, shooting 10 people dead, including Adule. [More]Yep, time to tighten up on those Ugandan gun controls.
