Texas-based Defender Outdoors posted a notice last week that, since ammo purchased from a mail-order catalog or online must be shipped to a licensed vendor after the New Year, they are ceasing all direct ammunition sales to California residents effective Dec. 17. I also liked how the anti-gun male politician relied on armed men for protection and ended up begging for his life, crawling and then running away, helpless and useless to himself and all others instead of being able to defend himself.
As an aside, modern television and movie violence certainly is unnecessarily graphic, to the point of pornographic. And the trend is to more gory spectacles to enthrall a bloodthirsty audience that will seemingly never have enough. Kind'a like the decadence of Rome...
Undisciplined parents who don't monitor what their children are exposed to are allowing them to blaze a trail into uncharted territory.

Another 'Pro-Gun Democrat'

Short answer: Cordray is a Democrat. In spite of his having gotten "pro-gun" creds from NRA and Buckeye Firearms, the party will tolerate his wandering from the reservation as long as it enables him to be in an advantageous position to support Democrats and help advance their overall agenda.
I wrote a piece years back that only exists now in the Internet Archive. That in turn linked to other stories where Cordray had played on the gun-grabber side of the street. For whatever reason the page appears briefly and then vanishes with a DNS server error message. Here's the link -- I'll see if I can get in another way, but this is really outside any skill set I have. If any of you know how to capture the page, please help.
