We're the Only Ones Putting Our Fires Enough

Asst. Fire Chief Shot By Police Officer in Court...

“I don't understand why they had to shoot him if there were 7 police officers in the courtroom and he's only one man, and he's not armed, I don't understand why they shot him,” Samuel Harris said. [More]
Here, Mr. Harris...this might help you understand.

We're the Only Ones Cheeky Enough

Several of you have emailed me a link to the video of "Only One" Wesley Cheeks telling a protester to remove an Obama sign.

This exchange should be in our minds:
"This used to be America."

"It ain't no more, OK?"
That an utter boob like this can hold any job with authority over others is appalling.

Here's an email exchange from over the weekend that clears up some misconceptions from the media:

Which means these are the people to contact.

I can think of one question for them right off the bat: Do you let this moron carry a gun?

I also wonder if the job really does require an oath to the Constitution like he claims in the video. Because he sure ain't one of these guys...

Yeah, no kidding.

We're the Only Ones in Pocket Enough

A Miami cop tasked with taking Crime Stoppers tips had other plans, authorities say, instead taking nearly $15,000 in reward money for himself and two friends. [More]
And naturally:
The tips generally came in from the northern part of the county, and the rewards were picked up in the southern half. Some involved a county gun bounty program.
Who could ever have predicted such programs lent themselves to abuse...?

We're the Only Ones Maternal Enough

An Essex County corrections officer shot and critically injured her boyfriend, then held police at bay for nearly two hours until turning the gun on her infant son, fatally wounding the baby before killing herself...[More]
Thank goodness New Jersey exempts "Only Ones" from their new one-gun-a-month law because they're so much more stable and trustworthy than the rest of us...

And thank goodness the story makes no mention of a pump-action shotgun...

Silence on Friesen Case Shows Continued Media Failure on Guns

So why is it we'd have never known about this story at all if we relied on the "mainstream media"? See for yourself what a Google News search yields.

Now compare that with something really important to keep the sovereign public informed on, say, "Twilight" or "Jon & Kate Plus 8"...

Aside from blogs and forums frequented mainly by activist gun owners, our fellow citizens would never know the Friesen story happened. Most still don't and never will. [More]

Why ATF Folded in Friesen Case

Probation, loss of a gun and a $25 fine? And a misdemeanor instead of multiple felonies? Why would ATF settle for that when they apparently had him slam-dunked for serious time at Club Fed? [More]

SPLC Continues Hate Smear against Oath Keepers

General Washington with a very numerous Army, is between Wilmington and the Head of Elke. How will make but a pitifull Figure. The Militia of four States, are turning out, with much Alacrity, and chearfull Spirits. The Continental Army, under Washington, Sullivan and Nash, besides is in my Opinion more numerous, by several Thousands, than Howes whole Force. I am afraid that He will be frightened and run on board his ships and go away, plundering, to some other Place. [More]

It All Depends on the Meaning of the Word "Detained"

When last we left The Northern Muckraker, he was getting rousted.

Now he's getting the runaround.

See, asking "Am I free to go?" and being told "Not yet" does not constitute being detained.

Everybody believes that, right?

I mean, a U.S. Marshal is going to deal with citizens squarely, right?

We're the Only Ones Putting Guns on the Streets Enough

Whoever broke into five take-home police cars overnight Tuesday made off with assault rifles after defeating the locked brackets holding the weapons in place. [More]
See, this is why police should be the "Only Ones" who have "patrol rifles"--if someone untrained like you or I had them, we might do something stupid like leave them unguarded but visible overnight in our cars, and then who knows what evil might result...?

Sounds like it's happening all over the place, doesn't it, with it happening in Sandoval and Bernalillo Counties, and Albuquerque, in addition to Rio Rancho...?

"Plastics."
