Miller Campaign Points to Infiltrator as Latest Murkowski ‘Dirty Trick’

Nor is this the first time the Miller campaign has alleged evidence of the establishment-funded Murkowski using “dirty tricks” in its attempts to derail his grassroots challenge to the status quo. [More]
The real question this raises: What does Donald Trump have to lose by reciprocating and endorsing Joe Miller, especially after Lisa Murkowski just tossed him under the Hillary crapper bus?

Make Her Pay

Senator Lisa Murkowski Draws Republican Primary Challenger [More]

How many more betrayals will Alaskans stand?

The challenger...

Primarying Murkowski would be not just the strongest signal voters could send Republicans but it's a necessary one. We're at a point of political no-return where I don't care if they vote our way out of principle or out of fear as long as they vote our way.

Something to Watch

On December 16th, anti-gun leaders Senator Feinstein and Senator Durbin joined arms with Republican Senators Ernst and Murkowski to announce: “After nearly three years of negotiations, we have reached an agreement… “We are committed to introducing a bipartisan, modernized VAWA reauthorization next month.” Senator Feinstein went on to brag that this compromise would expand the misdemeanor gun ban. Given the makeup of the Senate, there is NO REASON that gun control should pass this Congress. And to be sure, Senators who were elected on a pro-gun platform have no business HELPING the Biden Administration enact its gun control agenda. [More]

I'd send the email but my "Republican" Senator Portman is an on-his-way-out Vichycon lump with nothing to lose and Democrat Sherrod Brown is a flat-out cultural Marxist.

Right now they're making lots of noise and puffing themselves up. I want to see if the needle moves over at GovTrack, which currently gives this a 2% passage prognosis. That will determine if it's worth writing another column.

The bigger issue here is dumping those traitorous hags Murkowski and Ernst, and that's mostly up to their constituents.

You Can't Have Your Cake and Eat it Too?

Somebody'd better tell Lisa Murkowski:
Murkowski responded stating, "Joe suggested that I support Merrick Garland. I support a process to allow there to be an advise and consent process to move forward."
“You cannot have it both ways," Miller retorted.
"You can absolutely have it both ways," was the senator's answer.

Joe Miller Offers Chance to Replace Murkowski with ‘True Reform’ Liberty Advocate

“Joe Miller’s commitment to the right to keep and bear arms is unwavering …  [More]
Unlike Murkowski, whose "good votes won't mean a thing in a few years if her establishment "immigration" support brings about that "fundamental transformation" Obama's been waving in front of our faces...

@LisaMurkowski Betrays as Expected

Senator Lisa Murkowski, Republican of Alaska, broke with her party Friday morning in voting against moving ahead with Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court. [More]
Thanks, political geniuses at NRA!

It's not like you didn't have a principled alternative.

It's Her Party and She'll Lie if She Wants To

Murkowski: No, I'm Not Switching Parties [More]

The question I have is why do Alaskan Republicans keep giving her the choice?

Payback

Trump Endorses Lisa Murkowski’s GOP Challenger Kelly Tshibaka For 2022 [More]

I've seen him endorse far too many squishes and outright enemies over the years.

Good riddance if it works.

Tshibaka looks promising:

I will be a strong voice in opposition to illegal immigration and, as the proud descendant of Americans who fought in virtually every major American conflict from the Revolutionary War to the Vietnam War, I will be a tireless advocate for our military and our veterans. I will fight to preserve our Second Amendment right to bear arms and, as an unapologetically pro-life Alaska conservative, I will be a voice for the unborn. And I’m for America first, always.

Naturally, the left already has its knives out.

I just want to know if I'm pronouncing her name right.

The Frozen Swamp

Mitch McConnell Says He Will Throw His Support Behind Trump-Hating RINO Lisa Murkowski in her Reelection Bid! — He REALLY Hates His Voters [More]

So what are Goldilocks Alaskans going to do about it -- besides dissing Joe Miller as unacceptable?

It's All Over But the Crying

Senate forces Jackson nomination out of committee with bipartisan vote - GOP Sens. Murkowski and Romney joined Collins to vote with Democrats. [More]

There's a total shocker.

So much for denying a quorum.

I'm sure the gun groups will all be sending us hysterical emails about this that end with a plea for financial support. Instead, why not ask them where their alerts were urging members to invoke Senate Rule 26?

#FillTheSeat

Republicans and Trump voters want Republicans and Trump to fight. The best way to demoralize Republican and Trump voters is to not fight for this. [More]

I don't know if I'd give that much credit to generic "Republicans." They don't call 'em The Stupid Party for nothing.

I'm waiting to see who else joins Murkowski.

Tell me Susan Collins surprises anyone.

Speaking of Election Fraud...

When asked if the NRSC would back Murkowski financially, Scott said “Absolutely.” [More]

Holder Confirmed

From the Senate Legislation & Records web page [More]

All Democrats voted for confirmation. So much for A grades and endorsements. Any bets on what they'll do when the party holds their feet to the fire on other anti-gun votes?

You can find GOA Senate ratings here. We should see an attendant reduction in grade for each "Yea" vote. NRA's grades are more difficult to acccess--you need to enter your membership number on the PVF site, find the election year for the senator in question and search by individual state.

See how your senators voted and react accordingly.

Dukes on Palin

Alaskan talk show host Michael Dukes knows Sarah Palin and would like to share his insights.

Per his press release:
Michael met Sarah first in 2002 during her run for Lt. Governor, and has since had her on his radio and television show many times. He can talk about his personal experiences with her, from the start of her statewide political career to her history making defeat of incumbent Governor Frank Murkowski.
Click on the title link to access a pdf flier.

As an aside, he invited me as a guest again on Firearms Friday. I'll have to find out if you can listen live--otherwise, I'll post a download link to the file afterward.

What Goes Around Comes Around

Some in Alaska's establishment GOP not so secretly worked against Joe Miller in 2010 to back Murkowski.  And now they expect everyone to eat it and like it in 2016.

Some won't play that game.

Who Will Guard the Guards

Hey, it was a youthful indiscretion. [More

Now that he's more fully indoctrinated matured, he makes much better choices (and don't you think "progressive" Snopes would have rated the Islam allegations "False" if they could, instead of resorting to a lame Bart Simpson defense?

This is like a bad goddamn joke.

And these are the "Republicans" who helped. Oh, look, along with Lamar Alexander, Richard M. Burr, Daniel Coats, Tom Coburn, Susan Collins, Bob Corker, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham, Orrin Hatch, Mark Kirk, John McCain and Marco Rubio, I see Lisa Murkowski also voted to put this guy in charge of foreign intelligence, rather than lead in the fight to expose him for what he was and is.

I wonder if Joe Miller can get any mileage out of that?
