First Two, No Problem...

“Code white. There is an active shooter in the A M C C. Remain calm. Silence your cell phone. Run, hide, fight...." [More]

We're the Only Ones Terrorized Enough

The Department of Homeland Security is calling a series of shootings targeting law enforcement in Pennsylvania a "terror attack." [More]
At least they were empowered to have guns with them everywhere and at all times, and were able to defend themselves and stop the threat -- as opposed to "run, hide, fight"...

And them, of course, there's this:
El-Mofty was a naturalized US citizen who came to the country on a "family-based immigrant visa"...
Rigorous!

We're the Only Ones Avoiding and Denying Enough

The best option, according to Lt. Lane, in an active shooter situation is to avoid, deny, or defend, otherwise known as run, hide, or fight. [More]

Notice he didn't say with what on that last one. And then there's this:

Officers said calling 911 was another crucial piece in a civilian's response. Once law enforcement arrives on the scene, usually in about three minutes, they don't always know who or where the threat is. So, they said it's crucial that people follow their commands and show their palms.

Good one on that first bs claim. And figures you'd prone us out or kill us after we took care of things.

We're the Only Ones Not Tackling the Situation Enough

“Your options are run, hide, or fight,” the D.C. police chief said. “If you’re in a position to try and take the gunman down, to take the gunman out, it’s the best option for saving lives before police can get there.”[More]
With your bare hands, of course.

UPDATE-- Here's another interesting admission:
Cathy Lanier: What we tell them is the facts of the matter is that most active shooters kill most of the victims in 10 minutes or less, and the best police department in the country's going to be about a five-to-seven minute response.
