That's like living in a secure gated community and getting violent when the pizza delivery has trouble reaching your house.
Throw in an asteroid strike, a severe EMP caused by solar activity, or an earthquake, or some racial or other incident, and CA could depopulate by 25-50% in a year. It's a time bomb waiting to go off.
