REGIONAL police director Prospero Noble has directed all policemen to seal the barrels of their service firearms with masking tapes starting December 30 to assure that no indiscriminate firing will welcome the New Year.Uhh...Prospero?
Noble said he would conduct an inspection on December 31 to check if all the policemen under his command followed his directive.
They couldn't just take the tape off after your inspection?
