An Oklahoma police chief has been charged with second-degree rape of a 15-year-old girl, reportedly spending nights with the teenager before taking her home and then giving her mom, the city's librarian, a lift to work.Two questions come to mind:
1. What the hell was her mother doing? and
2. When he took his date out to dinner, did she prefer Happy or Big Kids Meals?
