Wyoming is suing the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, saying the agency is relying on a technicality to refuse the right to bear arms to state residents who have misdemeanor convictions for domestic violence...Hey Eric--what about the meaning of "shall not be infringed"?
"Essentially, what the dispute involves is the meaning of the word 'expungement' and how it is applied to firearms disability under federal law," said Eric Epstein, division counsel for the ATF field office in Phoenix.

Given the performance of our "officials", voting is akin to urinating into the strongest wind and expecting dry results. Or maybe raising a child without even the lightest of restraints, admonitions or punishments and expecting to find a law-abiding adult. Vote freedom first? Yeah, I did that. Went down to Cabela's and spent more on "products".
