An East Windsor police officer is on the hot seat after shooting someone in the face with a taser. And the victim he tasered is someone who patrols the streets with the officer!...Shocking, on the face of it...
A prong from the taser went right into the face of the East Windsor officer jolting him with tens of thousands of volts of electricity. It happened Monday night after roll call, when two officers were discussing their tasers and one accidentally discharged his weapon not believing there was a cartridge inside.

Is the offending officer going to be *ahem* charged with anything?
Could it be this leo was "short" on common sense, not to mention the simplest of rules when armed? If I didn't have a sense of humor about this kind of stuff and what's happening to my country, I woulda checked out a long time ago.
Maybe "Sparky" was "resistant" to training, or lacked the "capacity" to "induce" that there might be problems with the way he handled the device. ;o)
